We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our return guidelines before placing an order.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We accept returns only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described.
The issue is reported within 4 days of delivery.
Clear photos/videos of the issue are provided for verification.
Once verified and approved, we will arrange a pickup and issue a refund.
2. No Returns for Wrong Orders / Change of Mind
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Product ordered by mistake.
Customer changes their mind after delivery.
Product is no longer needed.
Product is functional and matches the description but does not meet personal expectations.
3. Return Conditions
A return will be approved only if:
The issue is a valid product fault.
The product is returned with original packaging, accessories, and tags.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned item passes quality check.
Refunds take 3–7 business days and are sent to the original payment method. Customers will be updated about the refund process and status via email which is provided by customer while ordering the products.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. No Replacement
We do not offer replacements.
Eligible cases will receive a refund only.
